Short Term Rentals & Hotel Occupancy Tax

The Hills City Council adopted an Ordinance requiring all Short Term Rentals (STR) to be permitted in order to commence or continue operations after October 1, 2022. The City will begin taking applications on Monday, September 12.  Additionally, Hotel Occupancy Taxes must also be collected for reservations after October 1.
