Sarah and her family became permanent fixtures in the Village of The Hills early 2017. She and Zac came from Dallas, after a decade where they started their careers and a family. Having grown up on the tennis courts in New Braunfels, their relocation brought Sarah closer to her parents while at the same time making space for lifelong friendships to blossom.

Professionally, Sarah is an accomplished senior level manager with extensive experience in operations, sales, customer service and strategic business planning. She was dedicated to utilizing a diverse skill set in order to accomplish organizational goals at the Cooper Fitness Center & Spa. Today Sarah’s family is her primary focus. When she’s not watching one of her kids sports or completing home projects, she operates a small personalization business called Scripts by Sarah Ashley.

Personally, Sarah married her sweetheart Zac Carroll in 2007. They met on a tennis court in their pre-teen years and fate was sealed instantly during university Christmas break after paths crossed again at the local car wash. Sarah graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Geological Sciences and Geography studies. While in Dallas, Carson (2011) and Lilah (2014) were born to bless and start Sarah’s next chapter of life as a working mother. Sarah likes to refer to their family as the “Core Four” who are always the priority to her. Penny, their golden-doodle, joined the family in 2019 after a school auction presented the perfect opportunity to add even more fun to their household. Covid lockdown later presented another chance to add two felines to the household to truly keep things exciting.

In between work and play, Sarah enjoys spending time doing family date nights downtown, vacationing with Zac, watching Carson’s baseball games, interpreting Lilah’s art projects and walking with her friends through the beautiful Hills community
